Deepen Barai has worked in telecom, insurance and networking industry for more than 18 years, he decided to start a venture where in he was able to create Young Entrepreneurs and generate more skilled employment in the area. Being from a business family and serving in corporate sector he decided to create a holistic model in two wheeler service industry and started walking on this path. He created almost around 70 entrepreneurs and more than 210 skilled employees, he found out that this noble profession should be carried forward in the form of a professional startup company and then got together founded a brand named SpeedForce.

Mohan M Vaidya– is one of the co-founders. He worked with one of the leading two wheeler company for 36 years. In current market situation service provided by the available channels has own limitations, where the customer’s expectations are increasing day by day. With a new approach to service, they are trying to bridge a gap.

Kapil Bhindi– is one of the co-founders who is a commerce graduate who has worked in various fields of banking\finance and insurance industry with companies like Standard Chartered Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Future Generali, and Bharti Axa & Dlf Pramerica and reached from the lowest level to a middle management profile in his last assignment. During the tenure he looked around the sales, recruitment & development of various departments. His core competency was man management and team development.


Their start-up is situated in Baroda (Gujarat). The local public of Baroda are majorly of service (Job) class and does not have spare time to service their vehicle. After the success of their first workshop, they developed the entire chain in and around the city and today they are very successful to develop the same in the entire Gujarat.

It is always difficult for a businessman to balance a work and life not only start-up but a good old businessman also, because one of the factors of key success of any business\businessman is the availability to internal and external customer. But they as an alliance were able to give equal justice to family and work as they plan their tasks and they have a specific entity in their team for a specific task to be performed. Their business model is based on new generation and young customers. In markets,  both young and old customers are available.
